To nominate a child you think could use a little cheer, please complete the form below. All details requested for the nominator & nominee are required to be eligible for a Cheer Fairy drop. Missing information may disqualify your nominee from being chosen. 

 

Though the Cheer Fairy is committed to sprinkling cheer dust to as many children as she can, we cannot guarantee the child you nominate will be chosen to receive a gift. We will, however, do our best to inform you if/when a surprise fairy drop has been made.
