An "order ready" alert will be sent to the email address you used during check out when your order has been packed and is ready for pick up. This will be sent approx 4-5 business days AFTER receipt of your order for in-stock items & 7-10 business days for preSales & custom orders (longer during high volume seasons). Please DO NOT book a time until you receive this notification. The order confirmation is NOT a pick up notice. Pick ups scheduled without an associated order ready may be cancelled without prior notification.

>ABOUT<

Order pick up is offered to our awesome customers within the Central Ohio area, as a convenience & cost saving alternative to shipping. All pick ups are done in Blacklick, near E. Broad St & Waggoner Rd and are booked through our online booking tool, onlyYour booking confirm email will provide the address & your order will be placed in the WHITE BIN to the RIGHT of the door, which is MONITORED and RECORDED 24/7- say cheese. Please DO NOT knock on the door or ring the bell! 

If you do not pick up on your scheduled day, it will remain in the bin until you do. We DO NOT bring packages back in unless you request us to do so. You DO NOT need to let us know if you are running late or need to reschedule - come when you can. We just ask you to be courteous & come only during our set pick up hours. If you prefer we bring your order in until you can formally re-book a time, sending us a quick email to sales.houseofcarrs@gmail.com will do the trick! 

Once your order is set out for pick up, we accept no responsibility for damaged, lost or stolen packages at any point. Use of the pick up service acknowledges you agree to this provision. If you do not pick up your order or communicate arrangements with us within 30 days of the initial "order ready" email notification, you will be invoiced for shipping plus a small processing fee. Orders with ship invoices unpaid 10+ days are donated to charity - without further notification of this action.

        Monday-Friday:      10am-2pm & 430pm-730pm

        Saturday-Sunday:   10am-730pm

        {pick ups are closed on all major holidays}

All pick ups MUST be COMPLETED within these set hours. As a courtesy to us, our neighbors, and your safety, DO NOT attempt to pick up outside of the times noted! If you have an unconventional schedule that prohibits you from picking up during these hours, please contact us. We will do our best to accommodate you.

>HOW TO BOOK<

A link to this page will be included in your pick up notification. Please review these detail, terms & conditions, then click "AGREE & BOOK" at the bottom of this page, which bring you to the online booking tool & guide you through the scheduling process. When prompted,  enter ALL information as shown ON YOUR ORDERIf you are picking up orders for multiple people, please schedule a separate time for EACH person. DO NOT book one pickup for multiple people. 

 

You will receive an IMMEDIATE email to the address YOU ENTER to confirm your date/time and provide the pick up location. If you do not receive an immediate email, you likely missed the final button in the system & a time was NOT booked, or you had a typo somewhere. If you would like to verify your booking has been set, please email sales.houseofcarrs@gmail.com & we are happy to check.

By choosing to pick up your order, clicking the "AGREE & BOOK" & scheduling a pick up time, I (THE CUSTOMER), have agreed to all terms & conditions set forth above.
